  • Supervise their child's use of the platform
  • Maintain the security of account credentials
  • Notify us of any unauthorized account access

Users agree to:

  • Not share account credentials
  • Not attempt to access other users' accounts
  • Use the platform for educational purposes only
  • Not upload inappropriate content

4. Content and Intellectual Property

  • All educational content is owned by LearnVerse or its licensors
  • User-generated content (e.g., quiz answers) remains user property
  • AI-generated content is provided for educational use only

5. Safety and Security

We implement the following safety measures:

  • Account Lockout: Protection against unauthorized access attempts
  • Secure Communication: All data transmitted over HTTPS
  • Data Minimization: We collect only necessary information
  • Parental Controls: Parents can manage and delete child accounts

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may NOT:

  • Attempt to hack, exploit, or compromise the platform
  • Use automated tools to scrape content
  • Share inappropriate or harmful content
  • Impersonate other users or staff
  • Circumvent security measures

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time through the platform or by contacting us.

8. Disclaimer

LearnVerse is provided "as is" for educational purposes. We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy of AI-generated content
  • Uninterrupted service availability
  • Specific educational outcomes

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearnVerse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
